Expanding perspectives toward understanding the applications and deep domains of artificial intelligence

The Sharif AI Strategy and Transformation Center, guided by faculty members from various departments of Sharif University of Technology, adopts a comprehensive, interdisciplinary, and multi-dimensional approach to the development of responsible artificial intelligence. With the goal of creating a platform to advance AI research and strategy, the center strives to analyze and evaluate the development and application of AI technologies at both national and business levels. Its activities—covering areas such as AI and innovation, AI ethics and regulation, the social and economic impacts of AI, and its role in industrial and business transformation—not only strengthen scientific and technological capacity, but also contribute to shaping responsible strategies, policies, and frameworks. The center is also committed to fostering collaboration between academia and industry, enhancing the readiness of industry and government to adopt and fully leverage artificial intelligence.
